Counselling options for clients and whānau
We offer professional counselling and creative arts therapy for individuals and whānau groups.
Counselling allows you and your whānau to explore thoughts, feelings and emotions that help enhance strengths, and coping skills to manage challenges and stress.
We offer a variety of counselling options for you and your whānau, on an individual basis or group level. This includes individual and small-group creative arts therapy with a registered art therapist. These options provide support from the time of illness, death and dying and whānau in bereavement.
Other activities and programmes we offer, such as our creative arts workshops and groups, can also support both children and adults.
We’ll meet with you and talk about the services we offer, and how we can best meet your needs.
Hospice Wairarapa services are available free of charge to all those with life limiting illness in Wairarapa, including whānau and carers. Our services are provided in a safe, compassionate and supportive environment.
